HMD Global is expected to launch the Nokia 7.2 at IFA 2019 in September. We had earlier learned from rumors that this phone will launch with 6GB of RAM. However, a 4GB RAM variant of the phone has now been spotted on GeekBench. The finish company has confirmed that it will have an event at IFA in early next month (5th September). The company is also expected to launch Nokia 6.2 at the event. This will be the first time Nokia is taking part in IFA trade show.
The phone is expected to have an octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz and Android Pie operating system. The name of the exact SoC is not clear, but it will be from Qualcomm. The 4GB RAM variant scored 1,597 on single-core test and had 5,204 multi-core score. According to rumors, this phone is likely to be powered by either Snapdragon 720 or Snapdragon 660 SoC. NokiaPowerUser was the first to spot the device on GeekBench.
Nokia 7.2 will be available in three colors: Blue, Forest Green, and Charcoal Black. Leaked photos suggest that this device will have a waterdrop notch. This mobile phone is expected to feature a 6.3-inch display with full HD+ resolution and HDR 10 support.
Previous reports also hint that the 7.2 will have a triple-lens camera at the back. The module will have a 48MP primary sensor while the other two sensors are unknown. The phone is expected to feature a 3500mAh battery pack and will support Qualcomm’s quick charge.
