Nokia 4.2 was launched during the Mobile World Congress 2019 along with the Nokia 3.2. Other phones launched during the event include the Nokia 1 Plus, Nokia 9 PureView and Nokia 210. Two months later, Nokia 4.2 has been launched in the United States and it will start selling on 14th May. Pre-orders have already begun on Amazon.

It is equipped with Snapdragon 439 chipset and it has two memory options, one with 2GB RAM + 16GB storage and the other with 3GB RAM + 32GB storage. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery and runs on Android 8.0 Pie (Android One) out of the box. Nokia 4.2 is equipped with a dual lens 13MP + 2MP lens at the back and an 8MP selfie camera. Price in the US starts $189. This translates to around KSh. 19,000.
